1.1. Transfers to DVD (no authoring)

In this category the result is a 1:1 copy of source, with menu containing an image - button "play" and automatic 5 minute chapters.

PAL - PAL - possible sources see 1.4., other formats see lower.

Using standard quality, one DVD holds 120 minutes of footage. If source will not fit, using next media results is addition of its price and 30% of initiation price. 30% of initiation price is addded also when more sources are copied to one media or when separate titles are created in the DVD menu.
When converting standards (non-broadcast quality) when transferring to DVD (PAL to NTSC or vice versa), price of one minute is raised of 5,- CZK, so for one copy the price is 8,- CZK/each next minute.
In case of special needs of DVD names, chapters or functions, DVD+RW can be used for copying and then in Studio 3 ( see chapter 3.5.) the result may be altered, or a DVD authoring can be done (see chapter 1.5.)

1.4. Videotape copying, transcribing to VHS PAL

1.7. Provision of Czech commentary

1.8. Dubbing into Czech (overlay)

translation - (usually 1,50 CZK/word from text, 1,90,-CZK/word from videotape) andsync-stylistish correction for synced texts. For U-Matic, DV a Betacam SP technologies and foreign languages versions the price arises accordingly to prices in the particular studio.
In that case we will provide detailed calculation.

1.9. Provision of background music

(prices for every started minute of music)

1.10. Cancellation conditions

Cancellation fee is 20% when cancelled 48 h before the session, 30% when cancelled up to 24h, 50% up to 3 h before the session. Otherwise it is 80% of the estimated price.

1.11. Fees for changing blocked deadlines

Maximum fee for changing blocked deadlines can be up to 10% when changed up to 48 before the session, 20% up to 24h and 30% up to 3h before the session. Otherwise we can charge 50% of the estimated price.

1.12. Payment conditions and surcharges

When final price is under 1.000,-CZK without VAT payment in cash is necessary. Otherwise we can send an invoice based on the proper order (incl. IČO (company ID), DIČ (tax ID), name, address etc). When final price is over 100.000,-CZK we do invoice 50% of price before starting of work. Express service to 24h can be surcharged up to 100%, 12h or less according to agreement.
We reserve a right to establish a special payment condition for those, who we have information do not pay properly.
